Congratulations to the students and parents of the Class of 2024!
June 2024 will soon be upon us, which means graduation day is on the horizon. You deserve a graduation that is filled with fun, honor, and dignity befitting your achievement. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on June 6th at 6:00 p.m. in the Warrior Stadium.
The purpose of the graduation ceremony is to create a formal setting to present each graduate the evidence of their academic achievement—the diploma. For students, it marks the passage to adulthood and all of the opportunities that life—with a diploma in hand—can bring. For parents and guardians, it is a moment filled with emotion and pride. The graduation ceremony is an occasion that carries personal as well as familial significance.
I know that if we acknowledge this important transition in our graduates’ lives in this fashion, we will all enjoy a rewarding and memorable experience for the graduate, parents, family, and friends.
